According to the article City Council was slapped with a $126 Million dollar lawsuit by a wind developer after Council voted to have 4 proposed wind turbines moved back from the edge of a mountain escarpment.
Cavan Monaghan Township better hire a lawyer quickly, to protect us from these wind farm developers.
